Lady Gaga wrote on Instagram Monday while showing off a photo of her heart-shaped ring longtime boyfriend Taylor Kinney presented to her while popping the question. Shortly after the proposal, the betrothed duo were reportedly spotted inside her family's Manhattan restaurant.
